Glazed Plantains
- 18 plantains, sliced into 2
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups raw sugar
- In a casserole, put the water and the sugar and bring to a boil.
- Add plantains and wait until the syrup gets thicker.
- Store in a tight sealed container and refrigerate.
