Artichoke Cream Cheese Dip W/ Toasted Bread Squares

  1. Preheat oven to 400F Place a sheet of foil on oven rack.
  2. In a small, round baking dish combine the cream cheese and artichoke hearts with a spoon.
  3. Stir in parmesan cheese, garlic salt & pepper until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan on top.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Cut the 3 slices of bread into quarters.
  7. Drizzle each quarter with olive oil.
  8. Sparingly sprinkle a little garlic powder and cayenne pepper onto each quarter.
  9. Place baking dish in oven for approximately 10-12 minutes.
  10. Place bread quarters directly on foil and heat with baking dish for approximately 5-8 minutes.
  11. Turn on broiler and broil until dip is browning and bread is toasty.
  12. Enjoy!
