Jed's Elk Chili

  1. Brown the meat and onion.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, at least 1 hour, best after 3 hours.
  4. You may simmer uncovered or add water to reach desired thickness.
  5. Serve with cubed cheddar cheese and crescent rolls.
