7 Minute Boiled Crawfish Recipe

• 50 lb Crawfish, live
• 2 x Ice cream salt, boxes
• 4 ounce Liquid crab boil
• 3 x Cayenne, lge stirring spoons
• 6 x Bay leaves, whole
• 6 x Celery, ribs
• 4 x Onions, medium
• 3 x Lemons or possibly 1 tsp lemon oil
• 8 ounce Honey
• 3 x Oranges, halved

1. Fill a 60 quart pot 1/2 full.
2. Add in all ingredients except crawfish and bring to a boil.
3. Add in crawfish.
4. When it boils agains, time for 7 min.
5. Remove from fire, add in one bucket cool water.
6. Let it soak for one hour.
