Teriyaki Chicken

  1. Cut up chicken into serving pieces.
  2. Combine all other ingredients and marinate chicken for 4-5 hours or overnight.
  3. Broil chicken, basting 2 times on each side and turning once.
  4. Variation: 1 teaspoons grated orange peel can be added or used instead of ginger.
