Laura'S Peanut Butter Pie

  1. Melt 1/4 cup butter; add brown sugar and graham crackers. Press into 9-inch springform pan. Put in refrigerator to cool. Whip presoftened cream cheese with beater. Add peanut butter, sugar and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Whip to smooth consistency. Whip cream and vanilla in a separate bowl. After cream forms stiff peaks, add to peanut butter mixture by hand. Mix until smooth. Pile into pie shell.
  2. Chill 6 hours. About an hour before serving, melt chocolate with coffee in double boiler until smooth. Spread over chilled pie. Chill until chocolate is set.
