Fruit & Cream Tart
- 3/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries)
- Heat oven to 400F
- Combine butter and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl.
- Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
- Add flour, milk and almond flavoring; beat at low speed until well mixed.
- Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan; prick with fork.
- Bake 13-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Combine all filling ingredients in bowl; spread over cooled crust.
- Cut into pieces; arrange fruit on top of each piece.
- Store refrigerated.
