Fruit & Cream Tart

  1. Heat oven to 400F
  2. Combine butter and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.
  4. Add flour, milk and almond flavoring; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan; prick with fork.
  6. Bake 13-20 minutes or until light golden brown.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Combine all filling ingredients in bowl; spread over cooled crust.
  9. Cut into pieces; arrange fruit on top of each piece.
  10. Store refrigerated.
