Tuna Noodle Casserole by Jim T J

  1. cook macaroni in salted water until tender (not al-dente).
  2. saute celery and onion in butter until tender, but not browned.
  3. combine macaroni, celery, onion, tuna, mayo, soup in 2 quart casserole.
  4. add in optional veggie and 2/3 of the cheeses - mix well.
  5. top with remaining cheese, then crushed chips.
  6. bake @ 350 20-25 minutes.
  7. enjoy.
