Apricot Glaze For Ham Recipe

• 2 c. apricot preserves
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp. grnd cloves
• 2 1/2 tsp dry mustard

1. Combine all ingredients; use to coat ham.
2. Yield: About 2 c..
3. NOTES : For a festive occasion, serve this decadent sauce with a platter of grilled or possibly steamed vegetables.
