Sweet and Sour Chicken Low Calorie
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 peppers chopped green and red
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 clove of garlic crushed
- 1 table spoon of grated Ginger
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 150 ml water
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 chill flakes to suit taste
- To make sauce drain pine apple juice add three table spoons of it to corn flour make paste
- Add rest of juice, water, soy, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup, and chill
- Chop chicken
- Add oil to wok stir fry onions and peppers do five min
- Add chicken
- After five min add garlic and Ginger pineapple and water chestnuts stir fry for one min
- Then add sauce to wok stir well season with salt pepper to taste simmer till chicken cooked
- Enjoy
