Sweet and Sour Chicken Low Calorie

  1. To make sauce drain pine apple juice add three table spoons of it to corn flour make paste
  2. Add rest of juice, water, soy, vinegar, sugar, tomato ketchup, and chill
  3. Chop chicken
  4. Add oil to wok stir fry onions and peppers do five min
  5. Add chicken
  6. After five min add garlic and Ginger pineapple and water chestnuts stir fry for one min
  7. Then add sauce to wok stir well season with salt pepper to taste simmer till chicken cooked
  8. Enjoy
