Avocado Hummus Spread
- 2 qt. chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
- 8 each avocados, peeled, pitted Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- goat cheese
- 2-2/3 cups yellow or white onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup fresh lime juice Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- 16 each garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. TAPATIO Hot Sauce
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 4 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup green onions, sliced
- - RITZ Crackers
- Process all ingredients except green onions in food processor until well blended.
- Spoon into serving bowl.
- Stir in green onions.
- Serve with crackers.
