Quick & Easy Chili- Yum!!!
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
- 12 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons dried onion
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 12 instant minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon ground cumin
- 34 cup water
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, undrained (I had Mexican style chili beans)
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- In a large pot, brown ground beef.
- Drain & add back into the pot.
- While the ground beef is cooking, add all the dried seasoning in a small mixing bowl.
- Once the ground beef is browned, add the seasoning & water.
- Stir & bring to a gentle boil for up to 2 minutes.
- Add chili beans & tomato sauce.
- Stir & let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve with shredded cheddar cheese & some cornbread or crackers.
