Thai Peanut Granola
- 1/4 cups Crunchy Peanut Butter, Melted
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Dried Cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/4 cups (heaping) Salted, Roasted Peanuts
- 1/4 cups (packed) Shredded, Sweetened Coconut
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl combine peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic powder, cilantro, and ginger.
- Stir in oats, peanuts, and coconut.
- Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Stirring once halfway through cooking.
- Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
