Chicken Stir Fry W/Sesame
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 12 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 12 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 2 (16 ounce) bagsfrozen stir fry vegetables
- 13 cup sesame seeds
- 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
- 1 (15 ounce) can baby corn
- Remove fat and cut chicken breast in to bite size pieces.
- Brown chicken breast in sesame oil with garlic salt and lemon peper and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add bags of stir-fry vegetables and kitchen bouquet and sesame seeds.
- Simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables are thawed.
- While that is simmering open and drain cans of baby corn and water chestnuts.
- Add baby corn and water chestnuts to your dish and simmer 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
