POLLY-O Lasagna

  1. Mix ricotta cheese, 5 cups of the mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, parsley and eggs.
  2. Spoon 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, 1/3 of the cheese mixture and 2/3 cup of the spaghetti sauce in dish.
  4. Repeat layers twice.
  5. Top with remaining 4 lasagna noodles, 1 cup spaghetti sauce, 1 cup mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  7. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve with additional spaghetti sauce.
