Purple People Pleaser Smoothie
- 1 12 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen, use a mixture) or 1 12 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, use a mixture) or 1 12 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen, use a mixture)
- 1 cup soymilk (or other non-dairy milk of choice)
- 12 cup cherries, pitted (fresh or frozen)
- 12 cup pomegranate juice or 12 cup cranberry juice
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 12 cup ice cube (optional)
- Place berries, soy milk, cherries, pomegranate juice, and flax seeds in a blender and blend for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
- If you're using fresh fruit and would like a frozen smoothie, add ice cubes and blend for 1 minute or until completely smooth.
- Divide mixture between 2 tall glasses and serve.
