Steamed CauliflowerA Good Source of Vitamin C.

  1. Break the cauliflower into bite-size pieces and put it into a large nonstick skillet.
  2. Add the water and salt.
  3. Bring to a slow boil over medium-high heat and cook until the cauliflower is slightly tender, 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Drain and serve.
  5. If desired, sprinkle with cheese or with about 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning of your choice, such as SeasonAll, Tony Cacheres, or Lawrys salt.
