Baked Custard (Diabetic) Recipe

  1. Combine lowfat milk, sugar replacement, salt, vanilla and Large eggs in large bowl.
  2. Beat to blend well.
  3. Pour into six 1/2 c. individual baking dishes; sprinkle with nutmeg.
  4. Set c. in large baking pan.
  5. Add in 1 inch of water to pan.
  6. Bake custard at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
