Slow Cooker Breakfast

  1. Cook sausage according to package; cut into 1/4 inch slices, set aside
  2. In a bowl combine green onions, red pepper, chilies; set aside.
  3. Spray the interior of a 5-6 quart slow cooker with veg.
  4. cooking spray.
  5. Layer one third of hash browns, green onion mixture and cheese into crock.
  6. Repeat layers twice.
  7. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper, pour over layered ingredents.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until themometer inserted in center reads 160F.
  9. Serve.
  10. Cooking this over night makes a great ready meal in the morning.
  11. Also makes great breakfast burritos.
  12. You can add any meats you wish.
