Low Calorie and Delicious Coconuut Chicken
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Whisk egg in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix coconut flakes, pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
- Dip chicken tenderloins in egg and then in the coconut mixture, getting each tender covered in coconut mixture.
- Place in baking pan.
