Low Calorie and Delicious Coconuut Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Whisk egg in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix coconut flakes, pepper, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Dip chicken tenderloins in egg and then in the coconut mixture, getting each tender covered in coconut mixture.
  5. Place in baking pan.
