Beef and Vegetables in a Pita

  1. In a skillet, cook onion and beef over medium high until beef is crumbly and brown.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic, mushrooms and spinach and cook, stirring frequently, until spinach is tender, 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in capers, salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon mixture into pita breads and top with tomato and yogurt.
