Creamy Tortellini Pasta

  1. In a large skillet melt the butter on medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped shallots and garlic.
  3. Let this cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. After 2 minutes, add the prosciutto and let this cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, boil the water and cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  6. Add the cream, cheese, salt and pepper, tomato paste and peas to the large skillet.
  7. Let this bubble and warm through.
  8. Add the pasta to the large skillet and toss to coat.
  9. Serve in a big bowl and enjoy!
