Creamy Tortellini Pasta
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- 3 whole Shallots, Diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 23 cups Prosciutto
- 20 ounces, weight Package Cheese Filled Tortellini
- 1- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 14 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 cups Frozen Peas
- In a large skillet melt the butter on medium heat.
- Add the chopped shallots and garlic.
- Let this cook for about 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, add the prosciutto and let this cook for about 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the water and cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
- Add the cream, cheese, salt and pepper, tomato paste and peas to the large skillet.
- Let this bubble and warm through.
- Add the pasta to the large skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve in a big bowl and enjoy!
