Monster Ham & Egg breakfast Panini

  1. Spread Mayonnaise on 1 side of both pieces of bread.
  2. Crack 1 egg on pan heated to low-medium heat.
  3. Use finger or utensil to pop egg yolk.
  4. Salt and pepper egg.
  5. Make sure to not over cook.
  6. Flip but leave egg a little runny.
  7. Place munster slices on each slice of bread.
  8. Plate egg into sandwich.
  9. Flash heat the slices of ham and add to sandwich.
  10. Using a George Foreman grill (or like grill), toast sandwich until cheese is melted.
  11. *** If you don't have a specialized grill, cook sandwich in a dry pan with lid covering sandwich locking in heat.
  12. Flip once bread is toasted, flip and repeat.
  13. Plate and Serve.
