Garlic Parmesan Oyster Crackers

  3. Use salt and the back of a knife to grind the chopped garlic into a paste.

  5. Place the garlic paste and butter into a saucepan and heat until butter has melted.
  6. Then stir in the thyme and savory.

  8. Pour the butter and herb mixture over the oyster crackers in a large bowl and stir to combine.

  10. Sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese and then stir to mix.

  12. Spread onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
