seabass & prawn with tomato, garlic & paprika sauce with coin potatoes, onion & turnip mash.
- 1 green pepper
- 1 potato
- 1 onion
- 1 white turnip
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 seabass or ur own fav fish
- 8 prawns
- heat oven at 180oc..
- coat ovenproof dish with olive oil.
- put in oven for 5mins.
- chop green peppers, coat with salt n pepper n a lil parika, smoked is better.
- take oven dish out of oven, place choped peppers in dish, add the seabass on top & the prawns on top!
- cut potato into coins & boil, 10 mins.
- chop turnip & onion into small peices, boil for 15 mins then drain n mash.
- use a jar or canned tomato and add garlic & paprika, warm in a pan, wen fish is halfway through cookin take out of oven pour sauce over & continue to cook for stated time.
- the presentation is up to you.
