Beef & Mango Lettuce Cups
- 4-1/2 cups Cooked whole wheat spaghettini pasta
- 3-3/4 cups boneless beef strip loin steaks, cooked, thinly sliced
- 4-1/2 cups mangos, chopped
- 2-1/4 cups scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup Kraft Oriental Sesame Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese five-spice powder
- 24 pieces Boston lettuce leaves
- Combine pasta, steak, mangos, scallions and cilantro in large bowl.
- Whisk dressing and five-spice powder; add to pasta mixture.
- Toss to coat.
- For each serving: Place 1 lettuce leaf in salad bowl; fill with 1/2 cup (125 mL) pasta mixture.
