Holiday Yammy Yams

  1. Drain yams in a colander.
  2. Then mash the yams smooth.
  3. Press yam mixture around one marshmellow, then roll in graham cracker crumbs - forming a ball.
  4. Place balls in a buttered dish.
  5. Heat at 200 degrees (90 C.) for 15 minutes or until marshmellow starts to burst.
  6. Serve hot.
