Stuffed Salmon Fillets

  1. Wilt spinach in skillet using olive oil.
  2. Season to taste.
  3. Defrost the Salmon and slice it open to make a pocket.
  4. Mix Spinach, cream cheese and garlic together in bowl.
  5. Stuff salmon fillets.
  6. Bake on 400* until Salmon is cooked to your desire.
  7. (ten minutes per inch).
  8. Serve onto plates and sprinkle dill onto each serving.
