Stuffed Salmon Fillets
- 7 salmon fillets
- 1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 3 cups spinach
- Wilt spinach in skillet using olive oil.
- Season to taste.
- Defrost the Salmon and slice it open to make a pocket.
- Mix Spinach, cream cheese and garlic together in bowl.
- Stuff salmon fillets.
- Bake on 400* until Salmon is cooked to your desire.
- (ten minutes per inch).
- Serve onto plates and sprinkle dill onto each serving.
