Mom's Perfect Pie Crust
- 1 14 cups flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup vegetable shortening, frozen
- 14 cup butter, frozen
- 3 -5 tablespoons water, iced
- Add all ingredients in the food processor except for water.
- Blend until well mixed and most of the bigger pieces or broken up.
- With processor going, add water until mixture is crumbly.
- Roll out on floured board.
- Enjoy.
