Easy Cheese Stollen Recipe

  1. Blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, egg and flour.
  2. Separate rolls into triangles.
  3. Lay in a line on ungreased cookie sheet so which they overlap slightly.
  4. Pour filling over rolls, down the middle, and fold over side points to hold in filling.
  5. Some filling may come out sides, but it will cook.
  6. Bake 325 degrees for 20 min.
  7. Do not overbake.
  8. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon over top or possibly nuts or possibly cherries or possibly drizzle icing, etc.
