Macadamia-Chocolate Chunk Pie
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. coffee-flavored liqueur
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Macadamias
- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9 inch), thawed
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Blend in liqueur and vanilla.
- Add flour, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
- Stir in macadamias and chocolate.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 50 to 55 min.
- or until center of filling is set.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into 10 slices to serve.
