Oven-baked Fries
- 1 medium Potato
- 1 Plain flour
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt
- 1 enough to line 1 baking tray Parchment paper
- Peel the potato, blot off excess water, then slice into 5 mm matchsticks.
- Lightly coat with flour, shake off excess flour, then sprinkle vegetable oil around the potato matchsticks.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper, then arrange the matchsticks on the paper, taking care that they do not touch.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 230C, sprinkle on salt, then they're done!
- Here they are cut into wedges with skins.
