Apples and Pork Loin Crockpot
- 1 cup Onion, Sliced
- 1 pound Pork Loins, Boneless
- 2 cups Apple Cider
- 4 whole Apples, Cored, Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Rosemary, Fresh Or Dried
- 1/2 Tablespoons Thyme, Fresh Or Dried
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Spray a crockpot with cooking spray and add the onions.
- Add the pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top the pork with the apples and add the apple cider and herbs.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.
- I personally found that 8 hours on low is the best!
