Bar B Que Beef Brisket Sandwiches Recipe
- Beef brisket
- Onion salt
- Celery salt
- Liquid smoke
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bar-B-Que Sauce
- The night before serving, sprinkle brisket with onion salt and celery salt.
- Saturate both sides with liquid smoke.
- Wrap in heavy duty foil and chill overnight.
- The next morning, salt and pepper to taste, re-wrap in foil, place on large cookie sheet with sides and put in oven at 275 degrees for approximately 7 hrs till tender.
- Approximately 1 1/2 hrs before serving, pour off most of liquid and pour Bar- B-Que sauce on both sides, generously.
- Re-wrap and continue cooking.
- Slice and serve with rolls, etc.
