Bar B Que Beef Brisket Sandwiches Recipe

  1. The night before serving, sprinkle brisket with onion salt and celery salt.
  2. Saturate both sides with liquid smoke.
  3. Wrap in heavy duty foil and chill overnight.
  4. The next morning, salt and pepper to taste, re-wrap in foil, place on large cookie sheet with sides and put in oven at 275 degrees for approximately 7 hrs till tender.
  5. Approximately 1 1/2 hrs before serving, pour off most of liquid and pour Bar- B-Que sauce on both sides, generously.
  6. Re-wrap and continue cooking.
  7. Slice and serve with rolls, etc.
