Japanese Style Pasta with Tuna and Green Onions
- 1 portion Pasta
- 40 grams Canned tuna
- 1 Thin green onions or scallions
- 1 Shredded nori seaweed
- 50 ml * Pasta cooking water
- 1 tsp * Dashi stock granules
- 2 tsp * Mentsuyu (5x concentrate)
- 2 cm from a tube * Wasabi paste
- Start boiling the pasta.
- Finely chop the green onion.
- Combine the * ingredients to make the sauce.
- Put the drained canned tuna in a bowl.
- Put the cooked pasta in the bowl with the tuna, add the combined sauce, and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving plate, top with chopped green onion and nori seaweed, and serve!
