Simple Fried Chicken
- 3 chicken fillets
- 12 lemon
- 12 teaspoon curry powder
- salt
- thick greek plain yogurt
- black pepper
- Place the chicken fillets in a bowl and poke at them with a fork so their are little holes in the meat.
- Put a few dollops of yoghurt in the bowl with the chicken.
- Then in goes the curry powder and salt.
- Mix everything with your hands as if your massaging the chicken.
- Leave it for 10 minutes minimum.
- Get the pan ready with oil and squeeze a tiny bit of lemon into the oil.
- Cook the filets until you think they're ready.
- Sprinkle pepper on top if you wish.
- Serve with anything you like.
