Antipasto Salad

  1. Toss lettuce, pepperoni, onion and 1 cup of the cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Toss with dressing.
  3. Plate salad and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  4. Garnish with pepperoncini and olives.
