Chocolate Pie

  1. Preheat oven and baking sheet to 400u0b0.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, salt and cornstarch; mix well.
  3. In a heavy saucepan on medium heat, cook and stir sugar mixture and milk until mixture thickens and begins to boil.
  4. Gradually stir 1/4 of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks; add back to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in sour cream and butter; continue to cook until mixture thickens.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in vanilla, mixing well.
  8. Stir in chocolate until blended.
  9. Pour mixture into pie crust.
  10. Refrigerate about 2 hours before serving. Serves 6.
