Prawn Cocktail Mousse

  1. Beat Philly* until smooth.
  2. Add the tomato paste, cream, mayonnaise and sauces.
  3. Gently fold through the egg whites.
  4. Spoon into individual glasses lined with lettuce.
  5. Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
  6. Serve.
