Prawn Cocktail Mousse
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup cream
- 1 tablespoon KRAFT Classic Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- splash of Tabasco sauce
- 2 egg whites, whipped to firm peaks
- 8 king prawns, peeled Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 butter lettuce, shredded
- Beat Philly* until smooth.
- Add the tomato paste, cream, mayonnaise and sauces.
- Gently fold through the egg whites.
- Spoon into individual glasses lined with lettuce.
- Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
- Serve.
