Peachy Picnic Salad Recipe

• 1 bunch fresh spinach, trimmed, washed, dry
• 3 c. sliced fresh peaches, plums, nectarines and Bartlett pears
• 1 c. shredded Swiss or possibly Cheddar cheese
• 1/3 c. shelled nuts
• Peaches in Cream Dressing

1. Arrange spinach, fruits, cheese, and nuts in salad bowl.
2. Just before servings, pour dressing over; toss thoroughly.
3. Six servings.
4. Preparation time: 10 min.
