Hot meatballs

  1. First in a bowl mix ground beef
  2. Then onion
  3. The 2 eggs and bread crumbs
  4. Add creole seasoning and McCormick red pepper flakes
  5. Then combine and mix all the ingredients well
  6. Once combined roll meatballs.. About 1 1/2 thick
  7. Then put in the oven 350F for about 20 min.
  8. Meanwhile in a saucepan mix together barbecue sauce
  9. 1 pinch of ketchup
  10. I pinch of mustard
  11. 1 tablespoons of grape jelly
  12. Creole season and McCormick pepper flakes
  13. 1 1/2 water
  14. Let sauce cook down until thick.
  15. Once meatsball were out of the oven add to the sauce
  16. Add 3 slices of sausage
  17. Cook down for 10 min, then serve!
