Devilled Fish
- 250 grams Fish (thalapath most prefered , seer fish or tuna )
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 lime juice or lemon juice
- 2 large onion, chopped
- 1 large green chillie chopped
- 2 large capsicum copped
- 1 small tomato
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sause
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup oil to fry
- 3 tbsp oil
- First Marinade the fish with given ingrediants.
- Set aside for about 10 mins.
- After that deep fry the fish until golden colour.
- Then add 3 tablespoon of oil and fry onions,garlic,ginger,chillies and capsicum.
- Then salt,pepper,turmeric and chopped tomato.

- Then ads the fried fish as well as soy sause,tomato sause and sugar.
- Finally add sugar and remove from heat.
- Remember to stir well.
