Apricot Graham Muffins Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans.
  2. Mix flour, wheat germ, sugar, b/pdr, soda, apricots & nuts.
  3. Blend butter, Large eggs & lowfat yoghurt.
  4. Add in dry mix to wet mix till just combined.
  5. Spoon into pans & sprinkle each muffin with brown sugar.
  6. Bake till edges are golden & centre is hard to touch, about 20 mins.
  7. Makes about 12.
  8. 206 calories per muffin.
