Crostini Spread
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 jar (170 mL) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 whole wheat baguette (350 g), cut into 36 slices, toasted
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- Beat cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl with whisk until well blended.
- Stir in artichokes and onions.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
- Spread bread slices with cream cheese mixture; top with tomatoes.
