Hot Dog Buns (Gluten/Casein/Yeast Free)
- 34 cup amaranth flour
- 14 cup potato starch
- 14 cup tapioca starch
- 14 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 14 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup soymilk
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Mix together the wet ingredients.
- Combine the wet with dry.
- Grease a cookie sheet, then shape dough into hotdog bun shapes if it's sticky, wet a spatula and your hands a bit to form them.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until they start to brown.
