Golden Salmon Coins

  1. Mix egg product, horseradish sauce, salmon, cereal, onions, peppers and garlic until well blended.
  2. Heat lemon juice and oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Drop 1/3 cupfuls of salmon mixture, in batches, into the hot oil mixture; flatten into patties with spatula.
  4. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until patties are heated through and lightly browned on both sides.
