Chili-Cream Cheese Dip

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
• 1 can (10.5 oz.) chili without beans
• 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up

1. Spread cream cheese in 10-inch pie plate.
2. Pour chili evenly over cream cheese.
3. Arrange VELVEETA over chili.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted.
5. Serve with tortilla chips.
