Beef Tenderloin and Arugula Toasts

  1. Preheat oven to 425 rub beef with oil, s&p.
  2. brown in heated skillet, 5 min each side.
  3. let stand 5 min, then thinly slice.
  4. cut baguette into 24 slices, arrange in single layer on cookie sheer.
  5. bake until lightly browned, about 8 minutes.
  6. place the arugula on the toasts,top with beef, capers and cheese.
  7. sprinkle with lemon juice.
