Mandarin Orange Cake With Topping Recipe
- 1 yellow cake mix (plain)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 11 ounce. can mandarin oranges with juice
- 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 20 ounce. can crushed pineapple with juice
- 2 c. Cold Whip
- Mix cake mix, oil, Large eggs and mandarin oranges with juice.
- Place in 9"x13" pan and bake according to directions on cake mix box.
- Cold.
- Mix small package of instant pudding with crushed pineapple and juice.
- Mix in 1 c. of the Cold Whip.
- Spread on top of cake.
- Spread remaining Cold Whip over the layers.
- Keep refrigerated.
