Baked 3 Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook macaroni about 7 minutes.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. In medium saucepan, melt butter, Stir in corn starch.and mustard, and whisk milk in slowly until smooth.
  5. Cook over medium heat until sauce reaches a boil and thickens.
  6. Add pepper, salt, Swiss, American, and 1 cup Cheddar and Stir until smooth.
  7. Stir macaroni into sauce and Pour into 13x9 casserole.
  8. Top with 1 cup Cheddar.
  9. Bake uncovered 30 minutes until lightly browned and bubbly.
